Red Vials
Cannot access to one of the safes to collect the fourth red vial.I connected all pipes shoot all targets activate all levers and kill the big nurse from cupsule.I thing there is a series bug maybe after you reload your save.
Any solutions?

If you rotate the floor pipe where the nurse in the vat is looking (directly ahead of her), you can move back and reconnect the pipe with the closed safe. That fixed it for me. I also reloaded my save.

I have the exact problem, and also have tried what you suggest but it does not work. Now im stuck :c

Reloading fixed it for me by disabling the connection. Maybe rotate the bottom pipe in the room with the safe, then save and reload the save.

No not open the safe in the room with the one target.Maybe they fix it with the next update but thanks anyway.
