You have to open the 301 room (The key is in the EPS room on first floor, need the boltcutter you get on the basement to reach it), don't hurt any of the dancing nurses inside the room, get out and close the room door, after a few seconds outside i heard a "Thank you!" and the achievement popped just fine for me.

You might have to re-open the door after closing it on them. :x
