pink squares menus

i have a loot of time with this bug and i didnt find solution any sugestion?
it happens only when i use the dx9 mode

I'm having a similar issue. The only way I can get the game to start at all is using the DirectX9 mode. The opening logos play and then I get nothing put a pure hot pink screen while music plays. Nothing replies to my controller input and I can't start at all.
