I'm seeing a lot of split second reverts to default poses when I do multiple things like load into an area, after teleporting, and on the character screen. It's happening to some NPCs too, the most severe one being Gally when I speak with them (see here[i.imgur.com]), they stick like that for the entire dialogue duration.
The bug report UI still also gets stuck when clicking on it, it wont let me hit submit or cancel but it will let me type.
