I love the soundtracks to The Talos Principles and play them regularly but are there words spoken at the start of The Fall of Gehenna (Finale) track?

I lost most of my hearing 2 years ago and gaming soundtracks have been all I could listen to but with a orchestra of 6 instruments instead of 66! I've now got a cochlear implant and I'm learning to hear again bionically and I'm sure the start of this track sounds like words but I can't make them out. Am I imagining it? If so, what are the words? TIA
