Usually game manuals links are on the store Page of every game. If you scroll down and look to the right you'll see the link for game manuals.

OK, got it from the link above and also checked the store page for SWIE and got it from there also.

Now, I will have to see how much gameplay I can get from a game that does not allow you to give the computer an advantage. Yeah, can't expect much for 3 bucks.

Should also say here that I used to 'Go to store page for game and scroll down to get the link for the manual' approach to get the manual for another game that did not come with one... Medieval 2: Total War. In this case the manual is an online web manual but, that works (unless they take it off line).

Hmmm.... I made the statement..

based on comments I saw in another thread. BUT (!), when you bring up the game when you select a country you can give them an advantage or disadvantage (two levels for each) right there. So, if you feel the game is unbalanced against the USSR, you can fix that there.

In some rare occurrences the manual will be downloaded to your hard drive when the game installs .
