I am on the Test build, but this has not been working as long as the option existed. At the new Game screen, under Options 2, there is a check box for "Disable Technology Introduction". That option does not work for Gearbox addon options Overdrive and Limited Slip. They still do not show up as check boxes in the Designer until their default unlock years which I think are 1939 and 1955 respectively.

You know for fun I need a limited slip diff on my 1900 Street Racer! But really it's a minor thing. Thanks for all your work over the years. I've been playing since 2014!
