Component modification lies about effects
Saved game here[silvertine.swordofkahless.com], and screenshots linked throughout.

So I have a V16 aero engine seen here[silvertine.swordofkahless.com]. We're going to be watching the Torque value, currently at 668 ftlbs, because I also have this contract[silvertine.swordofkahless.com] which requires 717 ftlbs.

Can I modify the engine to hit the required torque value? Yes: according to the Modify Designs window[silvertine.swordofkahless.com], I can get to 723 ftlbs with a Major Modification.

But if I actually do it, I get just 705 ftlbs[silvertine.swordofkahless.com]...not the modification it said I would get, and also not enough to satisfy the contract :(

Also...if you take a look at that save, you'll see that it's the middle of WWII and I sold hundreds of cars in German-occupied Brussels, which probably shouldn't be happening (the rest of the occupied territory seems to have halted markets, just not Belgium).

Duplicated both in Testing Build. I will have them fixed for v1.25 RC2. Which means you should get the fixes on Default build in about 2 months.

I have fixed a few issues with incorrect results in the modification system. I have also fixed a couple issues with war status on Base City Map.

These changes will be in v1.25 RC2.
