Small reports window
Upon opening the relive, I noticed this warning:

Due to your selected resolution, you are using the "small reports window". The small reports window cannot contain the full-featured magazine without horizontal scroll bars. Due to complaints about this, the magazine has been simplified for small reports window users. If you wish to access the full magazine, please select a resolution with more than 1050 vertical pixels.

But I'm using a 1920 * 1080 resolution.
How can I use the normal "reports window"? Is it a bug?

It's not a bug. Your window decorations and task bar most likely make the window less than 1050 pixels high. For example, Windows 10 task bar is 40px high. So if you do not have it set to "Auto Hide" that alone will turn a 1080 monitor into a 1040 monitor. Which will restrict the maximum window size to 1040 pixels. The title bar and window borders normally eat up another 10-15 pixels...

You can run with the task bar set to "Auto Hide", Use "Small Icons" in the task bar, use borderless window option, or play in full screen to get access to the full magazine system.
