To this latter point, when you spin off the company, it retains its past financial historical data. Positive historical EPS and revenue growth would inflate the stock price beyond the book value of the cash and vehicle models. By purging the past data, the market cap should shrink a bit the turn after. I tried duplicating it with the same company in the video, and it comes out as a loss each time. So I think the issue is fixed. Let me know when 2.0.0.4 if it resolves the issue for you.
