Minor Bug with wages, and potential improvement to engine builder
When setting wages, I found an issue.
To reproduce, start a game with your HQ in a low cost region, such as India, then open a branch in a developed region, e.g. New York. When setting the wages for the branches, if you select the New York branch, then move to the engineering tab, the wage requirements for the engineering team are those of an American company, rather than an Indian company.

As for the engine builder, it would be nice if there was a way to lock the bore and stroke when changing the engine type, e.g. when changing from a flat 6 to an inline 6, the bore and stoke sizes change, as the slider positions stay fixed, rather than the values.

Thanks, I will try to duplicate the exploit. And get it fixed for v1.24.0.4

As for the bore and stroke, the slider positions should be locked. The actual bore and stroke is not. The reason being is that each engine layout has a different range of supported bores and stroke. I opted to leave the sliders the same spot, rather than adjust the sliders based on layout change.
