Yes, contracts get filled before normal consumers. You should also get a popup if you are not producing enough vehicles.

This contract was for the 1953 Winner Motors Statistic. You discontinued the Winner Motors marque on 6/1962. When you discontinue a marque, you discontinue and end production of all that marque's vehicles. Hence the contract was canceled.


I have fixed the incorrect date in the memo. It will be in the v1.25.0.10 update.
