A new development. Have moved on a few months and I now have ONE City reporting it's Sales Figures with no "outline" Framework whatsoever, I actually like it like that. (I have moved from Open GL to DirectX because Alt Tab was not working)

Not yet. I only work on GC on Mondays, and it's at least another 3-5 months before I start working on the next update. If you think it's a breaking issue, I can move it up, but a fix won't be sent out until I work on v2.0.0.10 and v2.2.0.0.

I got a chance to look, and it's not doing it for me. What resolution do you have the game set to? And which city are you looking at?

Resolution is 1920 x 1080 , Try Baltimore and Mexico City .... and also on these 2 cities I can not do a column Sort on any column.

Just noticed something unrelated .... year is 1916, Europe at War .... I have some Branches in UK , Paris , Brussels ... (these i have not closed) , am seeing Import Tax Payments ???

Was able to look at the issue on my main workstation today, and I can confirm I was able to duplicate both your issues. Hopefully, if no more 2nd Gear issues appear before next Monday, I'll have both of these issues fixed next week for v2.0.0.10 in about 2-4 months.
