Report a translation problem
I am not sure if the systems are in place to have localization to these descriptions. I will double check, and if so, I will move them over. That being said, the text in the pictured' description will be removed fairly soon, as finishing those maps will be done either in this upcoming update, or the next one.
- The word "NO" and "yes" are not translated.

- Another untranslated word in the game. However, she can be found on the website.

Doubts
* The main tutorial 4 is with audio in Portuguese, I thought it was fantastic it was very good, my doubt is, if I change any word in this tutorial 4 that has audio in Portuguese or in others that have audio in Portuguese, should I let you know? https://imgur.com/a/J17ss0o
* For "main tutorial 1" there is no audio in Portuguese. Will there be this audio in Portuguese in the future?

These might be hard coded in the GUI, I will check it out.
You can hit Alt-T in the main menu. Then click on the "Car Designer" and then return to the main menu. Every piece of text from there on will have the ID number in front of it.
Go ahead and make changes to it. I will redo the audio when the translations are completed and I update my billing information on Amazon.
It was likely missing translation when I did the audio. I will do the audio again at some point. it might not be before release. But it will be done. It's fairly easy to do on my end, although a little time consuming and tedious.

Sadly not at this time. They're static images.
I may in the future add images with the translations myself. But it won't be for a while.
Regarding the newspaper, I saw you talking in another post that you are still working on the news, I would like to know if they will be there on the site to facilitate the translation. The translated news would bring a really cool immersion for players.
Yes, you can find them here: http://gearcity.info/tutorials/Scripts/
These are hard coded into the videos, so the translations need to be line for line. Do not insert or remove any line breaks. Otherwise, I will have trouble syncing it with the audio and video.
Also it takes a little bit of time and effort on my end, so be sure the translations are accurate before telling me that they're ready.
Currently, the Japanese video tutorials are being done. They're ahead of you in line until I get caught up with the translator.
The newspaper articles, magazine reviews, and did you knows are in the ./media/scripts folder. I suggest waiting until the next update to touch these, as I've added about 200-300% more text to them. Anyway, after that update, if you translate them, email them to me, and I'll include them with the update after that.
I will continue the work of proofreading and translating the tutorials and other parts of the game and regarding the video, I will try to translate little by little.
As for the newspaper, I'll wait for the next update then.
There is no rush to finish. I'm not going to just vanish after the game is released. I plan on supporting GC in a bug fix capacity until I am no longer allowed to work on the game.
Meaning, that the game will occasionally get updated, including localization files.
At the "?" that I marked in the image we have an explanation of each command. In relation to the “Auto sale”, where exactly is it?
