Most likely you're overflowing some values. Could you email me the save game so I can take a look at it and see what's breaking?

The issue is with your design skills. Due to the fact you have no limitations for your designs, you were able to continuously increase your skill levels over the 100 point limit. It seems like there is an error there which allowed you to go over that limit.
I have fixed this issue for v1.25 RC2. Sadly, this build won't be released to Testing Build for another month or two. If you remain on Default Build, you'll get it in about 3 months.
I can somewhat repair your save game for you if you would like. But it will eventually give you the same error. You'll either have to have me repair it again, or make a couple designs that are not completely maxed out so that your design rating doesn't go over the limit. Let me know, and I'll be happy to repair the save and send it back to you.
I don't mind waiting for the new build, I would have something good to look forward too. Even though the error is sort of annoying.
Thanks Anyway!https://steamcommunity-a.akamaihd.net/economy/emoticon/steamhappy
Try to keep your skill ratings below 100. I reset you down to 30 and fixed the costs of some of the things you have designed. Not everything might be fixed, so it may take a couple years for the good values to cycle through.
When you notice your skill reaching close to 100, make a crappy design or two and sell them. So it pulls your skill points down. You could also cut the budget to your R&D teams at around 80 points.
Do that, and you shouldn't have the problem again while you wait for the next update.
