What goes into "One Time Expenses"?
I'm trying to investigate why I suddenly got a massive number in the "One Time Expenses" category on my end of turn report. It's for $32 million when my sales are $61 million. The only thing I remember doing that turn is applying for a few new contracts, checking my standings in a few reports, and hitting End Turn. What could be happening to account for this?

My suspicions of possibilities:
1. I'm running very hot with auto-production and a lot of missed sales after expanding many branches, so maybe auto-production is not fulfilling my existing contracts and these are fines?
2. I'm in a fairly dominant position at the moment, so maybe this is anti-monopoly fines?

One time expenses are one time expenses that do not fit into other categories in the expense reports. Check your memos to see what was charged.

Breaching a contract would/could be a one time expense. Check your memos to see if this is what you did.

2. I'm in a fairly dominant position at the moment, so maybe this is anti-monopoly fines?
Did you have an anti-trust lawsuit? What action did you choose? Check the memos for the results.

Thanks, the memos indeed held the answer. It was a settled class-action lawsuit. Weird, because I didn't get the event for it that turn. If the effect of settlement decision is delayed, maybe I got it a few turns back when I previously played on this save.

They are delayed.
