-You design a component.
-You then Modify->Redesign that component before the fist component is completed?
-You return to the Modify Window and End Production the of the first component?
-Which list does the first component appear in now?
End Production will remove a component/vehicle from all lists. The exception is if you have the "Show Discontinued" components checkbox selected (Or any spelling variant there of). OR if you have no active designs, the game will default to showing you discontinued. In the case of vehicles, if you still have a vehicle actively for sale or have inventory of, it will still display discontinued models in a few lists.
- Design the component/vehicle naming it "TestX".
- Modify->Redesign component with desired changes.
- Modify->End Production
After this, the model/component will only appear when "Show Discontinued Vehicles" is selected, but this clutters the page. In the case of a vehicle it will also appear in the showroom. Is there any way to permanently delete vehicles/components so that they do not appear in either list?
Instead of such unorthodox design methods, have you tried the prototyping system in the advanced designer?
Anyway I just want to say thanks for all the amazing work you've put into this game Eric!
