Does Not Start

Whenever I click play on steam, the game does not load at all. I uninstalled the game and remove any remaining files on the dish drive and reinstalled. The game would still not load. Not sure what is going, any assistance would be appreciate.

Navigate to the main folder for the game and run GearCity.exe http://wiki.gearcity.info/doku.php?id=troubleshooting:steam_installfolder

Let me know what error message you get.

Most likely you uninstalled a needed library, like OpenAL, you can find a list of common errors here: http://wiki.gearcity.info/doku.php?id=troubleshooting:commonproblems#windows

Where can I locate the OpenAL library? I tried to start it from executive file itself and the error message stated that the OpenAL library was not found.
