Report a translation problem
The in-game settings polls the driver for the primary monitor's supported resolutions.
You can manually enter the resolution you want using the external settings editor. You can also set which monitor you want the game to launch on (this may not work depending on your Window Manager/Desktop Environment). So launch that program and fiddle with the settings. :)
Changing the primary monitor would also fix the issue, but you probably don't want that. :)
(I do not have a second monitor, I just overlooked the in-game settings so far.)
It is the external settings editor which does not allow me to enter 2560x1440 as a resolution. Now this is even more insignificant as the in-game method works fine.
