There are two or three issues that can cause the game not to start. None of them related to the game, but are system or setup issues .

Click on GearCity.exe and you'll get a popup window with an error.

In all likelihood, Steam either failed in install OpenAL sound libraries, or your computer is trying to use the wrong vc++ redistributables.

Both are easy fixes.

Muito provavelmente, o Steam falhou na instalação das bibliotecas de som OpenAL ou seu computador está tentando usar os redistribuíveis vc ++ errados.
