I'll talk about the linear motion drives(I'll call it LMD form now on) I found out that LMD gives very little output by it self, so basically you can't use it to replace all your propellers. However, it controls the output of all propellers along the same axis, you use it to give constant and adjustable push along an axis that you don't need to hold any key, it also can adjust the output of your BF hovers(it only works on BF ones), it's good for helicopter and airship builds, because the output is adjustable and constant, you can adjust it for landing, lifting or stay in the air

It took me a while to discover how is implemented new scheme for controls, but this way is ok after few tweaks for me. Also nice would be in future to have two groups of weapons (fire 1, 2, 1+2) at least to toggle in UI not necesarily to have in controls. (If you have biig rig and spot some small bug, not always you want unleash everyting onboard)

I agree with your idea of map the weapon fireing key, sometimes fireing all weapons is just overkill, it can destroy all valuable stuff like parts and resources if you also have high explosive weapons.

This is coming, now that they've done a first pass on the controls.

They should make it to were you can tie a certen amout of weapons to one key like drills to 1 and missiles to 3 for example.

BF feels so strange to see in the game. Their plain aesthetic and bizarrely extreme (gimmicks>substance) mentality makes me feel as though they were made exclusively for the R&D Test Chamber and the Steam Workshop.

Does anyone also feel like that? I dunno, not sure how I feel about the quest reward pools getting inflated with gimmicky blocks that are useless on their own. Starting to feel like the devs have forgotten about the campaign mode, and are now balancing new content solely around the Creative and R&D modes.

That being said, yeah, having more than one "gun button" is a good idea. Should've been there since launch, but better late than never I suppose

Yay, if they did it then you you would not have to drop the bombs if you are on a plane and was trying to defend your self on the ground.

Folks, I thought we are here to talk about the use of new feature. but yes you go the point, me and my friend Falchion have tried to build the hover AI drone that's some what practical to use, but thair behaviour are far frome perfect, they do follow, but thay do wind alot, not sure if it's design problem or just the AI's tracing is trash, also I wish the AI can sense the obstacle and terrain better and make AI avoid them better.
