Large Crafting Station Issues

I've always wanted to make a large crafting system to make parts that I need but The problem I have ran into is that materials skip over the component factory, leaving them in a loop forever. Does anyone Have suggestions?

The way I get around this bug is have another component factory build that component that it's stuck on. The game will use the new component and the stuck factory will switch to something else.
