When ? [SPOILERS]
So the game starts just after the end of portal 2. But I got to the room with the Borealis, and saw GLaDOS turned off and the bots talking about Wheatly... But at the end of Portal 2, GLaDOS is doing well and Wheatly is in space. what ?

Someone gotta tell me what "canon" means... I see it a lot these days, but i've no idea what it means ! (I'm french.)

oh, ok. well ill use star wars as an example. everything made by the creators that fits in with the story is canon. canon basically means the creator of the series/games/whatever accepts that it is true to the story. non-canon would be something like fan games or stories that people who arent the owner have created and the owner of the stuff doesnt say its part of the story.
with this game, its non-canon because the owners of portal dont agree that this is what happens after portal 2.
