Also you say that all mods are now listed as F2P well thats false too, the only mod i found on the F2P list was "Thinking with Time Machine"

You mean the same EA that LIED about battlefield 4?
Does it cost money to play thinking with portals? yes or no
If this was a standalone release on steam it would fit nicely under the f2p section but its not..
Let me put this simpler for you:
If it tells you that it needs portal 2 before you can even try to cick the "play game" or "install" button, then it's not false advertisement
More importantly: You don't have to spend a dime to play this mod, so it is in fact f2p, all the technicalities in the world won't change that fact
For something to be "false advertisement" the customer has to have lost something
Did you lose something for clicking on "thinking with time machine" and reading that it's a mod? Did the developers take away something from you to warrant you calling "false advertisement"?
