Cannot contact support
Has anyone ever been able to contact support and get a helpful response?
  • Steam says to contact Skybox;
  • Microsoft washes their hands of it (I think it says that in English too ) saying it's not their game
  • Skybox simply doesn't respond

Yet the money I paid someone took it!

A few years ago the servers went down for a prolonged period of time and someone was able to talk to Microsoft (?) to get them back up. Beyond checking into prolonged server problems, the game doesn't really (currently) have an official support channel.
