you added some extra or? (i can't open TGA.. no PS or such)
But as said, by above methode I am very sure you can easily custom make more #ICONS for the game and not just 'repair' the #ICON54 till #ICON62
I use GIMP2 myself and I could open the picture file without troubles.
One question, though. I tried editing the .tga files before, and it eventually resulted in my game failing the online integrity check through Steam, and I had to re-install the game. Have you found any problems with the file verification once you made this .tga edit?
So i Basically have 2 files (for this and the tauntpack) backed up in the folder.
