The Witcher 3 next-gen: The rats on Longline Island die in one hit with the "level up" option enabled.

I've been playing The Witcher 3 since it came out on Xbox, and now I'm playing on PC. I clearly remember that the rats didn't die in one hit with this option enabled.

I suspect that with the next-gen update, this option isn't working properly anymore. Can someone help me?

I've also noticed throughout the game that all the enemies were very weak, as if I were playing on easy difficulty, and I only play on the highest difficulty, Death March.
