add --launcher-skip to the launch options. it'll disable the launcher and go straight to the game. atleast it does for me.

if the launcher has issues, try looking in folder
c:\users\yourWindowsLogin\appdata\local\programs\cd projekt red\redlauncher\logs
try REDlauncher.log but may be an error msg in the others

or skip the red launcher if you dont use anything in it as posted above
