Phantom of Eldberg contract bug
The quest won't start. It should be added to your quest tab once you win the fist fight against Madman Lugos, hell even he said that Jorund won't shut up about the lighthouse, but it didn't ! I went to Arinbjorn and the contract isn't even on the notice board. Went to the Inn and nothing happened. There's not even a fog on the Lighthouse. I'm using the latest patch (1.11) btw. Any fix for this?

you'll have to go and read the notice board in aberjoun to get the contract. It progresses the same weather you fight that ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ or not GL!!!!!!!

Actually, i know how to fix this. Normally, the quest started either after you interact with the contract at Arinbjorn or after talking with Lugos during the feast at Kaer Trolde. In my case, the quest didn't start. What i did to trigger the quest was returned back to Kaer Trolde, walked straight to the dining hall AFTER the "The King is Dead, Long Live the King" quest. The quest log will appear.

If you are not doing what i said above, the quest will trigger after all, but it's only after the election of the new King/Queen of Skeligge. If that's the case, you'll not be able to do the Blueboy Lugos's quest. Hope this helps !

Still sounds bugged to hell to me, even after your "workaround". The game is still a mess in many places.

Ah, sorry if my workaround didn't work for you. It's the only solution that i know at the moment.

Thanks a lot man! I think it's because game is bugged in a way that since you beat lugos in fistfight he mentions it so game marks the board as unavailable but you don't get the actual trigger until you visit the trigger location again for some reason. Thanks a bunch, your solution solved it!
