Right trigger not working.
Whenever I try using a sign it won't let me. right trigger just straight up won't work. works perfectly for other games but not this one. This is my first time playing btw. Any solutions?btw I installed the Hd reworked texures mod and blood trails.

Try toggling "quick sign casting" in the settings and see if that fixes it.

If that doesn't work... Go to Witcher III via steam, settings, properties, controller, and instead of default choose disable steam input.

I have tried doing both of those things, as well as disabling mods and using a different controller layout on steam.

alright I just decided to remap the RT to a back paddle and it worked
