DEVS - fix the ♥♥♥♥♥ Desync in Multiplayer!

Can't finish any multiplay campaign with my friends. Always desync after 20-30 rounds. Its' not 2010 anymore, it should be possible to get multiplayer working...

It's such a beautiful game, one of the best Total War games, and then you can't even play it properly in multiplayer because of something so unnecessary.
