Publishing failed: statusErrorFailedToShareCloudFile [HELP]
When I click publish, this comes up Publishing failed: statusErrorFailedToShareCloudFile.
I never encountered this problem when I published my other maps. Does anyone know why its occuring now?

Getting the same error as the guy above on escapists when attempting to publish a custom prison map/level. Any ideas anyone on how to fix this ?

That happened to me too. Retried to publish it and it worked.

I had to close it and open it for it to work.

I can't publish my map. And a "OB" in a red square appeared at the top left corner of my map in the editor.

I tried closing it and reopening it and it still will not let me...

Hey all,


Sorry to hear about this.
It might be that there is an issue with the editor itself.
To try and fix this, please run a file cache integrity check.
Instructions on how to do this can be found on the page below:
If you're still experiencing the same problem after completing this action, please e-mail your .proj file to help@team17support.com.
In the e-mail, please include a link to this thread so that I know what the issue and file are for.
I'll personally look through the file and try to figure out what's happening.

Had the same problem, I simply just erased the red OB square in the corner of the map and it worked! (Hopes this helped!)
