2560 / 10 = 256
256 * 2 = 512
Your image needs to be 512x512 pixels.
This program works a bit differently than the older ones, have a look at the source code.
It does not work in greyscale neither, you should in most cases just use one color channel.
EDIT: Err, still could use a good ReadMe.txt... like Instructions?
EDIT #2: OK I see what this is doing, it's not anything like BMP2HGT which is what I was expecting. Can you please explain the use of changing an HG2 into an image? I'm a BZ mapmaking dinosaur, I made maps in 1.4, and BMP2HGT was the berries for me back then.
