From my notes, set VTOL VR's launch options to `WINEDLLOVERRIDES="winhttp.dll=n,b" %command% --doorstop-enabled true` without the backticks, and similarly, `-doorstop-enabled false` when you want mods disabled.

VTOL VR Mod Loader's UI needs the mod loader's wineprefix (3018410) set to win7 for it to work due to missing implementation details in Proton when it's using the default win10 prefix. I did this in a more obscure editing of user.reg that's not particularly easy to pass along.

It would be better for someone actively using the mod loader to fill in the rest of the details since at this point I set it up enough to be ready to try to do modding for a future multiplayer session, but have had it set aside with `-doorstop-enabled false` for quite a while.
