Some levels (early) are obviously doable by only placing characters in smartly and treating them as stationary, then placing new characters into the empty spaces.

But is it possible for all levels, or do some levels 100% necessitate moving already seated people, even if you had perfect information of who's coming next?

From "roleplay" aspect, wouldn't it be kind of weird for people in a restaurant to give up their table and pick another every 15 minutes? (

I'm interested in anyone's observations on this.
