Would you happen to know if all the various packs in this bundle share the same licenses and would allow me to use them commercially in a video game I'm developing?

I realize they are all made by different entities, but after reviewing some of them they generally seem to share a single-user Royalty-Free license.
BTW, so far I've come across 1 file that seems to be missing, but when I ask steam to verify local disk integrity it doesn't find any mistakes. Could you verify for me that 'Calculation_Compute_Scan_04.wav' is supposed to be missing from Cakewalk/Cakewalk Content/Audio Library/Bottle Rocket FX/BRFX-006_Cyborg Collection_A/ - it just skips over that file, but includes all the others between 1 and 11 for me.
Thanks for the heads up. I'll investigate this. That file is absent from source control, so I think asoundeffect missed it when they sent the content over.
