[Replied] can i edit/cut/create loops with this?

i usually use recycle and reason and can get some good loops with it, in addition i use korg kaos pad to capture loops and run them back into my computer and into audacity

is this along the same lines?

This is more like pre-recorded samples to use within a composition (can be looped or not). So to answer your original question... No, this is not for editing loops.

thanks damn, was hoping for more options to do it myself. pre recorded from someone else seems kind of like holding a guitar while someone else's hands play it for me.

You don't edit/cut/create loops with this utility. It's to deliver premium loop content to Cakewalk DAW users and indaviduals who have pre-exsiting daw purchases.
