The launcher just sits there. Downloaded manually the manifest and placed it in the launcher directory. Restarted the launcher. I'm guessing it's because I can't ping the NA server.

My launcher is loading too long and then says something like " Cannot download patch, pls try again later", I never had these problems before.

I even tried to ping the NA server from my router. Same issue. So not a host file issue afaik :D

I am having the same exact problem. I have never once had an issue running the game whatsoever. Earlier today the Launcher was taking me to the point of where you would click the PLAY button on the bottom right, however that button didn't exist. Now my Launcher will not even Load to the News screen at all. I have uninstalled; I have deleted every mod I had; I have deleted my ReShaders; I have contacted support and been given instructions on the error to absolutely no avail. This tell me that there is something in the patch today for XBOX + PS that somehow broke the PC launcher /shrug. I do hope they fix this asap as I am now missing out on the current event + tickets and will most likely have to spend real money on getting them for the mount now. =(

the problem from my end is the NA server is not pingable. Bethesda has it listed in their wiki as 198.20.198.110. At least that's what they have documented.

Hello. Windows 7 user here.
When I got home, tried to log in and got the error 210 couldn't downlaod manifest error.
I tried some stuff I found online to no avail. I tried reinstalling the game and it got worse! now the launcher gets stuck at the "Loading" page and can't get past that =(. I hope Zos does something about all the precious time we're losing for those tickets!! If anybody gets a solution please share!! help!!

I am also having the same problem. The Launcher takes forever to load, or sometimes not at all. If it does load, the "PLAY" button is missing. Everyone reporting seems to be using Windows 7, like me.

First got the 210 error. Tried downloading the manifest manually and that didn't work. Deleted the Program Data file. Now it reacquires it, but I'm stuck on loading the launcher.

Been putzing around with this damn game all day. Massive waste of time.

Seems like a lot of people is getting this error 210. I get every time there is an update or patch and seems to happen mostly to Steam users (could be that Steam servers are not being able to communicate with ZeniMax servers). It usually fixes itself in a few hours or during the next day so the best we can do is wait.
