Several questions - dragons, portal, sticky keys

1. How do I open this portal ? If I remember correctly it is next to the tower of the Wyrms on first isle...
2. How do I defeat the dragons ? I managed to make one attack me but my arrows seem to have no effect and it is out of range of my sword.
3. I'm not sure of the translation "sticky keys" but it there some way to prevent their activation when I hold down shift ?

PS : is there some way to climb on top of the tower of the wyrms ?

The portal can be activated by a rune you recieve when defeating the main boss and function as a shortcut.

You cant kill the dragon if its just flying back and forth between towers.

Maybe there is an option to deactivate the "keys" thing in windows settings?.

Only way to climb towers are with mods or some other shennanigans afaik.
