CTD when attacking with Vessoi horde units (no mods)
Every time I attack with Horde warriors as Vessoi I get a CTD with the following crash message:

An error has occurred

It happens regardless of which nation I attack and it's perfectly replicable. It happens right before the "Tactical / Auto" selection comes up. Game does not crash if I move the horde units into an empty province.

Cannot send the report as the functionality appears to be broken.

Will look into this - the current code should not be allowing this to happen, so looks like it will need a little more detailed examination of the causes.

To replicate - start a new game with Vessoi, sign a NAP with Sonneve, attack Jotland until they crumble in a dozen or so turns, use horde units to attack a province with an army (tried with Sonneve, Jotland, Icespire, Rebels, Iron Barony, Dragonhold, Dunmar and Palemoor).

I have finished several games including ironman without significant issues that were not yet reported, so I think it's somewhat unlikely it's a hardware issue. Am using an AMD GPU, not an integrated one; mentioning as I've seen reports of problems with Intel chips.

I tried using Horde units to attack other players, and to fight in defensive battles, both auto and tactical, and in all cases could not cause a crash to occur.

This is in my current version of the code, not the version on the steam - so most likely, this bug has been fixed as a result of fixing some other issue as part of the next patch.

Thank you for having a look at it. I've started three separate games to test out it's repeatable, so I appreciate the effort.
