Like I had discovered, the reduction in travel time for covert missions through spy network has the same bug as the one for the trade guild had when I build it with Riesental. It does NOT reduce travel time, making it as useless as any other travel time reduction.

Sorry, but your Q&A team must really have been taking an extended break here... building a building and then testing its actual performance through sending an envoy before and after having it to check travel time against each other is a job of 1 minute if one uses admin commands for resources...

Either way, it is broken like the merchant guild, thus a useless building for Icespire. We all love to waste resources, right...
