AI kingdoms still have -13 relations with me for "annexed province" - when i've never even been at war with them
Dumar has a -13 relations with me - reason given "annexed province". I've never been at war with them, never annexed any of their provinces, nor have i annexed any province that was originally Dunmar's that any other kingdom had annexed.

Maybe a text error - displaying the wrong reason. The effect for annexed provinces should fade over time, if this one is not then it's something else.

Do you mean you get a penalty with all kingdoms for annexing a province of any kingdom?

Also no AI kingdom has any allies listed late in the game - other than Aevinwode, who have Sirucil shown as their ally, even though Sirucil has been destroyed.
