Is there a way to check my heisters's skills?

Joey Green and Gregory Green are my "starter" characters, which i designated the "Muscle" and the "Brains" respectively. I've hired a goon recently, and i know she has one Accuracy star, but that's about it. After i bought her though, is there a way to check the stars? And what about the stars in the first guys i got?

Also, i just killed Joey in the hideout while trying to figure out how the bombs worked. Now it saved on the hideout. Is there anything i can do to bring him back?

You can't bring him back. I tried to use my sniper rifle to shoot the target from across the map and killed 3 of my goons. The bullet hit a bomb I had lying on the ground and it blew up.
