putting money bag in the car?
do you need multiple guys for multiple bags or can you just drop the bag in the car and get the other ones?

You can use civilians to get extra bags if you dont have enough goons, just be sure to keep a weapon on them. I dont think you can move the goon to the vehicle and have him exit then go get another.
