Sorry with my keyboard is something wrong i want to say: The game doesn't saving.

There's a known issue with saving if your username (see C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Shark Punch\The Masterplan) has non-latin characters.

If that's not the case, the most likely reason is that either your firewall or antivirus is blocking access from The Masterplan.exe (fixed by adding the .exe to whitelists), or that you'll need to run the game with 'as Admin', and preferably with an admin account.
