2. find "Central BB Bank"
3. replace "items" : [] to "items": [{"amount": 0, "name": "guardDisguise", "position": { "x": 104297, "y": -225391 }}]
in case there are items on central BB bank you forgot, [] won't be empty. Just add a comma(,) after last } in that line and add {"amount": 0, "name": "guardDisguise", "position": { "x": 104297, "y": -225391 }}
4. Save file and load that game. Go to bank and try to find that costume at the same place it was.
Well, that's supposed to work, but I'm not sure. At least that's how it looks in savegame where I didn't take costume. I suggest backup file before doing that just in case.
Another way is you can find "goons" in same file and in their inventory add "guardDisguise" by copying some entry in inventory that already exists and modifying item name.
I do like that you can edit the save like that though, it's pretty cool. This time around, I added custom names for all of my characters to personalize it a little bit. But yeah, thanks for the info. I'll definitely keep this post in mind in case I end up losing the disguise again.
