okay jokes aside, that sounds like a real strange bug. can you give details on
your specs?
what version are you running?
does your nickname on your computer contain special characters other than the latin alphabet?
do you have optimus? -> is the game running on nvidia or integrated chip?
when EXACTLY is the game crashing? is it reproduceable, or does it crash without any pattern to it?

Not OP, but the game crashes for me if I reset the heist too much. The game also seems to slow down at times. (I have a good PC) Tons of fun tho!

Make sure to describe the crash in detail, and also let us know if saving/loading games has worked for you before.

Boris - thanks for the tip about using the Reset Heist repeatedly. We'll see if we can improve that.

1. Game Version 1.0.3
2. My nickname is English in my pc for avoid some game can't read words without English.
3. My video card is AMD Radeon 6850.
4. No idea, sometimes it crashed when I reset heist, maybe Boris is right, I reset heist too many times.

And for some reason after I crashed last night, I found my save was lost, and I need to run all over again...... T.T

The part about the save files is really distressing. Please check C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Shark Punch\The Masterplan for any .json files, then send those over to us at support@sharkpunch.com so we can investigate them and see what's going on with them.

4.It crashes at loading a heist OR wehn i lock up many ppl in a room (this also slowing the game down very much) OR wehn i try to get to the mainmenu OR When i reseting a heist OR wehn i enter the mission map... so mostly it crashes when it try to load something... not everytime but way to often :\

I played this game 3 times, 3 times from scractch as the game always crashed after 30-40 min and saves nothing.

Games is cool but with my experience it's just super-boring, I'm on the refund path.

I already done this game last year, for this crash problem, my solution is to start game again after you restart level for 20 times, I think the temperary file is the most issue to crash the game. Cause I like to being perfect on each level, so I would like to restart level serveral times. Hope my experience can help you guys. And the bonus zombie level is awsome!

same to me , I like game too, I have no idea why it's crashed, many times when I was just playing , and it's crashed with no reason, sometimes I haven't restart many times or no restart. but lucky, I haven't lose my save.
sometimes also be angry cause I would done this heist and it's crashed . OMG.:(((

in my case, i have a special character in my windows user. But i will not change my user account.. Fix your issue please !

The developer team for TMP are not doing any active updates or have any planned any time soon from what I know.

I really enjoyed the game, but it did crash for me too regularly after extended play, so if I played for longer than an hour I quit and started it anew.
