Report a translation problem
1) Limited time and resources meant we had to cut some features.
2) Upon consideration, having to do an extra mission just to get the cash for the items you already did a mission for seemed redundant, and it lost to other features that were considered more critical. We figured that it would be nicer to for example keep an actual heist level instead of adding the black market/shady dealer.
What this means is you'll still 'sell' the goods you get, namely the cocaine, but instead of having to go through extra loading screens and potentially lose your stuff (and crew), you simply get the money directly to your 'account' and can move on to another real mission.
