Too expensive?
The cost of cleaning up evidence seems like it costs a bit too much.. If you kill one person, it's 50% taken away from the money you get after completing a heist, which seems like a bit too much...

Ehh, seems realistic.
But the cleaning costs should be removed if it has to turn into a shootout.

Yeah, because someone phoned the police on the Pier, I was forced to kill a security guard if I wanted to escape with all of my goons. :(

That how the game work.

Exept Super Fly and the secret heist, you mustn't kill anyone, even cops and guard.
There is always a way.

Alright. It makes it very difficult on open-ish maps, (jewellery store, office, etcetera) especially before you find the stun gun.

You can perform a stickup on the jewelry store, just get 4 low teir guys and you can control the entire building

Stun gun? Come man, you only need two guys with pistol.
You don't even need ammo!
You can also do a stealth melee attack to instant stun someone.

Like hinted in the conversation, it is possible to do nearly everything by just threatening with violence, not actually conducting it, and this is what we were after. This is not often easy however, and especially at the start when you're just learning the ropes, the cleaning costs can punish you too hard.

So while it's really cool to be rewarded for stealthy and non-lethal playthroughs, we are looking at rebalancing or redesigning the cleaning costs so that those who enjoy a more 'explosive' heisting can also progress in the game.

Speaking of balance, if you have feedback and suggestions about what should change with the balancing, ie. what's too easy, what's too hard, what's too expensive, what's too cheap, and so on, do let us know (just like was done in this thread.) Thank you! :)
