civilian, off limit areas and the guards...
Does this happen only to me ? In heists where breaking windows in order to enter restricted areas is a thing; if a civilian sees a broken window he will just walk in and out of that broken window as if nothing had happened. This happens even if it is a staff only area. Furthermore the funniest part is the guards act like it's normal, it would be great if the guards prevent that from happening

The civilians are a bit dumb like that. We're currently implementing some improvements to their behaviour. We might also take a look at them using windows as passage :)
